When you send a form or call us, we keep your name, phone number, email if you gave one, and what you told us, in our own system. We use it to contact you about a house.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the title company on a file you are actually closing, and with our own staff.

Filling out a form does not trigger a credit check. Nothing is run on you without you being told first.
